OUR INVESTMENT PROCESS

Generally, our investing members are most interested in startups that could generate venture-scale returns, and they have expressed a preference for companies that meet the following criteria:

1. US or European-based companies whose value proposition is enabled by innovative software or hardware technologies.
2. Companies that are raising no more than the US $5M, with a maximum pre-money valuation (or pre-money cap, if raised on a convertible/SAFE note) of US $20M.
3. One or more investors with relevant domain expertise have already committed capital to the company, or an EU/US-based venture capital firm is leading the round.

Our TRIUM Due Diligence Methodology removes bias and identifies top-quality, investable deals.

We innovate on the traditional venture model, using data-driven insights, expert crowd wisdom, and a proven, documented, and repeatable model.

TRIUM Angels accept applications from high-growth companies with diversity. We invest in companies with demonstrated traction or market validation beyond the concept stage.

Interested companies are asked to create a profile and apply through our TRIUM Angels platform. We do not typically meet with companies before this process (a critical factor in our goal to remove bias from investment decisions!).

All applicants must provide an executive summary. While we understand this is atypical for many investors, this document and detailed explanation of your value proposition are crucial for our TRIUM Angel Investment Committee to properly review your application in our online and bias-free environment.
